Below, we have categorized the most common questions we get from travelers just like you.


Category 1: Booking & Prices

Q: How do I book a room? Do I have to pay online? A: We keep it very simple. You do not need a credit card to book with us.

  1. Browse: Look at the rooms on our website.
  2. Connect: Click the WhatsApp button or call us at +92-333-7648496.
  3. Confirm: Tell us your dates and requirements. We will confirm availability instantly.
  4. Pay: For most bookings, you simply pay cash at the hotel reception when you arrive. For large groups or peak seasons, we might ask for a small token deposit via bank transfer to secure the room, but usually, it is cash-on-arrival.

Q: Are your prices fixed, or do they change? A: The price we quote you is the price you pay. We hate hidden fees. If we tell you a room is 8,000 PKR, it is 8,000 PKR. We do not add a surprise “Service Fee” or “Booking Fee” when you reach the counter. Note: Prices can fluctuate based on the season (e.g., during Eid or major Mango Festivals in Multan, demand is high), but once your booking is confirmed, your rate is locked.

Q: Can I bargain or get a discount? A: We have already negotiated the best rates with our partners (Hotel Silver Sand, etc.) to give you the lowest possible price for the quality provided. However, if you are planning a Long Stay (more than 7 days) or booking 3+ rooms for a group, talk to us! We can often work out a special package deal for you.

Q: What is the “Triple Sharing” option I see? A: This is one of our best-sellers! Most hotel rooms are for 2 people. If you are 3 friends or a small family, booking two rooms is expensive and lonely. Our Triple Sharing rooms are larger rooms equipped with extra sleeping space (either a large extra mattress or an additional single bed) to comfortably sleep 3 adults. It allows you to stay together and split the cost, making it much cheaper per person.

Q: Do you charge for children? A: This depends on the age and the hotel policy:

  • Infants (0-5 years): Usually stay free if they share the existing bed with parents.
  • Children (6-12 years): If they need an extra mattress, there is a small additional charge.
  • Adults (12+): They count as a full guest.
  • Tip: Let us know your kids’ ages when you book via WhatsApp, and we will find you the best family deal.

Category 2: The “Room Only” Experience

Q: What exactly does “Room Only” mean? A: It means exactly that: We provide the Accommodation. Your booking includes:

  • A private, clean room.
  • A private washroom.
  • Air Conditioning / Heating.
  • Fresh Linens and Towels.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Parking.

Your booking does not include:

  • Breakfast or meals.
  • Airport pickups.
  • Tour guides.

Q: Why don’t you include breakfast? A: To save you money! Many hotels charge an extra 2000-3000 PKR for a “Free Breakfast” that is just cold toast and tea. We prefer to charge you less for the room. Multan is a city of amazing food! We believe you should spend that money eating a fresh Halwa Puri or Paratha at a local restaurant rather than overpriced hotel food.

Q: Can I get food delivered to my room? A: Yes! Even though we don’t cook the food, you are welcome to order in.

  • Foodpanda / Cheetay: Riders can deliver to the hotel reception.
  • Hotel Menu: Some of our partners (like Royal Signature Pearl) do have an in-house kitchen or room service menu. You can order from them and pay them directly for the food.

Q: Is there clean drinking water in the room? A: Yes. Upon arrival, you will typically find a bottle of mineral water. If you need more, you can ask the reception or room service to bring you large bottles (usually charged at market rates).


Category 3: Facilities & Comfort

Q: How is the Air Conditioning? Multan is very hot! A: We know! A room in Multan without a good AC is a sauna. We specifically test the AC units in our partner hotels. Whether you stay at Elegant Suites or Silver Sand, we guarantee functioning Split AC units.

  • Note: During peak summer (June/July), we advise guests to keep the AC running and the blinds closed to maintain the temperature.

Q: What about winter? Is there heating? A: Yes. Multan gets surprisingly cold in December and January. Our rooms are equipped with heating options (either inverted ACs that heat, or portable gas/electric heaters). We also provide heavy, warm blankets (mink blankets) to ensure you are cozy.

Q: Is the Wi-Fi actually fast? A: We try our best. We ensure all our hotels have high-speed internet connections. It is generally good enough for Zoom calls, emails, and YouTube.

  • Honesty Note: Sometimes, internet service in the whole city can fluctuate due to provider issues (PTCL/Fiber). This is out of our control, but generally, the connection is strong.

Q: What about Load Shedding (Power Outages)? A: This is Pakistan; electricity goes out. However, all our partner hotels are equipped with UPS and Generators.

  • UPS: Keeps the lights and fans on instantly.
  • Generator: Usually kicks in within a few minutes to power heavier equipment like ACs. You will not be left in the dark.

Q: Are the bathrooms Western or Eastern style? A: Most of our rooms feature Western-style toilets (Commodes) as that is the standard preference for travelers. However, some specific rooms at Silver Sand or older wings might have Eastern (Squat) toilets.

  • Important: If you have a preference (e.g., you have knee pain and need a commode), please tell us on WhatsApp when booking so we assign the right room.

Category 4: Check-In, Check-Out & ID

Q: What time is Check-In and Check-Out? A: Standard Hotel Timings apply:

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Noon).

Q: Can I check in early (e.g., at 8 AM)? A: Maybe. If the room is empty from the night before, we usually allow early check-in for free or a small fee. However, if the room is occupied, you have to wait for the previous guest to leave and for us to clean it.

  • Option: You can usually leave your bags at the reception while you go out for breakfast and come back when the room is ready.

Q: Can I stay late (late check-out)? A: If you need to stay until 4 PM or 6 PM, we usually charge a “Half-Day” rate. This is because we cannot rent the room to anyone else for that night if you leave late. Please discuss this with us in advance.

Q: What documents do I need to bring? A: By Law in Pakistan, every adult guest must show a valid ID.

  • Pakistani Citizens: Original CNIC.
  • Overseas Pakistanis: NICOP or Passport.
  • Foreigners: Original Passport and valid Visa.
  • Please Note: A photo of your ID on your phone is usually not enough. The hotel needs to see the physical card.

Q: I am unmarried and traveling with my partner. Can we stay? A: This is a delicate question, but we must be honest about local laws and hotel policies. Most family hotels in Multan (including our partners) require proof of marriage (Nikah Nama or CNIC with matching husband/wife names) for couples staying in the same room. This is not our personal rule; it is to comply with local police regulations and ensuring a safe family environment. If you cannot provide this proof, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking.


Category 5: Location & Transport

Q: Do you have car parking? A: Yes.

  • Hotel Elegant Suites: Has dedicated secure parking.
  • Hotel Silver Sand: Has parking space in front or designated spots. Your car is generally safe, as our hotels have security guards, but we always advise not to leave valuables (laptops, cash) inside the car overnight.

Q: I am coming by bus (Daewoo/Faisal Movers). How far are you? A: Multan is well-connected.

  • Most bus terminals are on the highway or near Vehari Chowk.
  • Our hotels are typically a 15-20 minute Careem/Uber ride from the main bus terminals.
  • If you tell us which terminal you are arriving at, we can send you the best route via WhatsApp.

Q: Are you near the airport? A: Yes, Multan International Airport is quite central. Most of our properties are within a 15-25 minute drive from the airport.

Q: I need to visit the RTO (Regional Taxation Office). Which hotel is best? A: Hotel Elegant Suites is your best choice. It is located very close to the RTO and the main business district, making your morning commute very short.


Category 6: Safety & Security

Q: Is it safe for families? A: Absolutely. We specialize in family stays. We do not partner with “shady” hotels.

  • Our hotels have 24/7 reception.
  • There are CCTV cameras in the corridors and public areas.
  • We enforce strict “No Disturbance” policies so your family can sleep peacefully.

Q: Is it safe for solo female travelers? A: Yes. We take extra care for our solo female guests. We try to assign rooms that are close to the reception desk (not in a dark corner). The staff at our partner hotels are trained to be respectful and professional. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can call our direct support line immediately.

Q: Can I have visitors in my room? A: Generally, No. For the safety of all guests, visitors are usually asked to meet you in the Hotel Lobby. Why? Because allowing unregistered strangers into the bedroom areas creates a security risk for other guests. Exceptions can sometimes be made for close family (parents/siblings) if they show ID, but this is up to the hotel manager’s discretion.


Category 7: Specific Hotel Questions

Q: Which hotel is the most luxurious? A: Hotel Royal Signature Pearl. If you want plush furniture, bigger rooms, and a more “grand” feeling, this is the one to book. It is great for wedding nights or special occasions.

Q: Which hotel is the most affordable? A: Hotel Silver Sand. If you just want a clean bed, a shower, and to save money, Silver Sand is the best value for money in Multan. It is clean and practical.

Q: Which hotel is best for business? A: Hotel Elegant Suites. It has a quieter atmosphere, better desks for working, and is located in a prime business area.


Category 8: Refunds & Complaints

Q: I don’t like my room. What do I do? A: Please tell us immediately (within the first 30 minutes of checking in).

  • Do not wait until the next morning to complain.
  • Call us or go to the reception.
  • If the sheets are dirty, we will change them.
  • If the AC is broken, we will move you to another room.
  • We want to fix it while you are there so you can enjoy your stay.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A:

  • 24 Hours Notice: Free cancellation.
  • Same Day Cancellation: We may charge for the first night, as it is too late for us to find another guest.
  • No-Show: If you don’t show up and don’t call, we will cancel the booking and may block you from future bookings.

Q: Who do I contact for a complaint? A: You can talk to the hotel manager, but if they don’t solve it, call US directly at +92-333-7648496. We represent YOU, not the hotel. We will fight to make sure you get what you paid for.


Category 9: Miscellaneous

Q: Do you allow pets? A: Generally, No. Most hotels in Pakistan do not allow cats or dogs inside the rooms due to allergy concerns for future guests and religious/cleanliness reasons.

Q: Is there a laundry service? A: Most of our partner hotels offer a paid laundry service (washing and pressing). You can leave your clothes in the morning and get them back the next day. Ask the reception for the rate list.

Q: Do you host events or parties? A: We focus on Rooms for Stay. However, Hotel Royal Signature Pearl often has space for small family gatherings. If you need to host a small event, let us know, and we can put you in touch with their events manager.
